Health and safety at work

Concrete measures to limit day-to-day risks

In our line of work, safety is not an option: it is part of daily life. We pay particular attention to the working conditions of our teams, especially with regard to the risks associated with machinery, the products used and the noise environment.

Beyond equipment and procedures, we aim above all to maintain collective vigilance. Working situations are regularly analysed in order to identify risks and reduce them as much as possible, with a clear objective: to lastingly limit accidents. This approach is monitored throughout the year by our Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) manager, who ensures the correct application and continuous improvement of our practices.

Training also plays an essential role. Our staff are regularly trained, both in the necessary certifications and in good practice, so as to work safely every day.

A privileged working environment

Working between lake and mountains

Forget grey, monotonous industrial estates. Working here means enjoying, every day, the unique energy of Amphion, in the heart of the Chablais. Just a few minutes’ walk from the shores of Lake Geneva, we offer our staff an environment where nature is naturally part of everyday life.

Whether for a refreshing walk during a break, lunch by the water or an impromptu swim on sunny days, our location fosters wellbeing and serenity. Here, everyone can enjoy an exceptional setting to take a breather and find a balance between working life and quality of life.

An organisation designed around teams

A modernisation and expansion of the premises designed for wellbeing at work

The wellbeing of staff is a concrete priority at METAL-X, not a façade argument. The company’s extension is the most tangible proof of this: modernised changing rooms with bathrooms, a break room, a canteen with a kitchen, a terrace, rethought workspaces.

Significant investments that reflect a simple conviction: teams that work in good conditions are more fulfilled, more committed and more effective.
